I’d been wanting to make the switch from tampons for a while now, but didn’t like the suction of a menstrual cup. The disk is exactly what I was looking for! I’ve heard there can be a bit of a learning curve on correct placement, but I have had zero issues ( I used to be on the birth control Nuva ring, so I am used to placing that kind of shape above my pubic bone). I use the small cup because I have a lighter flow. The Saalt cup is super user friendly with the little finger notch making removal super easy ( in the shower for mess free). 10/10 would tell everyone to try it!
