Join us for a workshop to learn all things composting with local non-profit Go Green OC.

During this event you'll learn:

- The basics of composting at home: the science behind it, materials needed, the process, what daily used items and food can be composted, what you should avoid composting and more.

- How you can work composting into your lifestyle and home.

- What exactly Go Green OC does in our community and how you can support expansion of that reach

- Benefits of composting, the reduction of greenhouse gases and importance of soil health 

Your $5 ticket cost will go entirely to Go Green OC as a donation to their cause. 

Complimentary light refreshments will be served.

Excellent!

The workshop was excellent -- very informative for at-home composters both beginner and advanced. I feel bad for forgetting his name, but the presenter was very engaging, humorous, and knowledgeable. It was also refreshing and inspiring to hear about the growth of a local business dedicated to diverting compostable waste from the landfill/incinerator.
